Payerbee is a SaaS provider of customer engagement and loyalty solutions to banks and card issuers. With a deep experience from the Payments industry, we focus exclusively on what it takes to succeed in customer engagement while excelling in customer satisfaction.
Our team consists of Payments professionals with experience from all parts of the ecosystem – issuing, acquiring, PSP and payment schemes. Together with a group of developers with deep experience from event-based systems and state-of-the-art cybersecurity, we are perfectly positioned to deliver the best possible customer engagement solutions for banks and card issuers.
How it started
The idea for Payerbee is based on insights from working directly with a large number of banks and card issuers across Europe. Our founder, Axel, was heading up the Payments Consulting Division at Mastercard, advising clients across the Nordics, Baltics and beyond. Customer activation was front and center for most of these card organizations, or "tattooed on our foreheads" as one put it. However, the tools available to drive this activations were lacking, to say the least. Traditional methods, such as mass emails or messages in the card carrier or on the invoice, were surprisingly common. Most of the time, the clients had no way of following up on the campaign results.
It was clear that it was possible to build something much better. With flexibility and simplicity in mind, Payerbee has developed a revolutionary solution for banks and card issuers to engage their customers and provide them meaningful value. We invite you to join us on our journey.
